Marie Scioscia's lectures are informative and contextual.  She provides students with plenty of tips to make simple, economic, and yummy meals and snacks to stay strong and healthy while dancing all day long.

Marie worked with the faculty at our school as a part of a school wide initiative for improved health and wellness.  She led weekly workshops for a group of dedicated participants and through her teachings imparted nutritional advice, recipes, menus, tips and tricks for making healthy choices.  Participants were extremely pleased with the workshops.

Marie taught our Complexions Contemporary Ballet summer intensive students how to maximize their energy and stay healthy for the long term by incorporating protein, wholesome carbohydrates, and fats into their meals and snacks.  She gave them tips on timing their intake and generally empowered them to get the most out of their training at the intensive.  She made the complicated simple and her knowledge and experience was most appreciated.
