All sessions are done virtually which gives patients flexibility and saves time. And, I am available to chat with you for an introductory conversation prior to meeting.

Our first session is typically one hour in which time we do a full assessment and cater a program to your specific needs and goals.

Follow ups are approximately 30-45 minutes during which time we assess progress and tweak plans if any changes are needed.
