Schedule a ConsultOne-on-One sessions are typically 60 minutes in which time we do a full assessment and cater a program to your specific needs. You’ll meet with Marie at a convenient time to discuss a plan and answer questions based on your individual goals, medical history and body composition.
Marie will prepare a detailed nutrition, exercise and wellness “roadmap” suited for your lifestyle and health goals complete with menu planning strategies to help you succeed.
Follow up sessions are optional and approximately 30-45 minutes during which time we assess progress and tweak plans if any changes are needed I help support you, digging deeper into making lasting changes.
– You will learn to create supportive beliefs that fuel your lifestyle without creating “restriction” or stress around food.
– You will learn to break free of diets and clear the confusion that is created by our media.
